Optional 3rd-Year Warranty for ZNEN R9 125 III
This optional commercial warranty provides additional protection for the engine and essential electronic components of a new ZNEN R9 125 III scooter from month 25 to month 36 from the date of vehicle handover.
What it covers
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects affecting core internal engine components and essential electronic components, in accordance with the Commercial Warranty Terms.
What it does not cover
It does not cover consumable parts, regular maintenance, battery, spark plug, filters, drive belt, variator rollers, brake pads or shoes, tyres, plastic or cosmetic parts, or defects caused by improper maintenance, unauthorised modifications, or external influence.
Conditions
It applies only to a new scooter purchased from the Seller, only if this option was separately contracted and paid for, and only if the vehicle has been maintained in accordance with the regular maintenance plan.
Important note
This is a separate paid commercial warranty. It is shown as a separate line item in the Seller’s documentation and does not replace or limit the Buyer’s statutory consumer rights.
