1. Consignment & Commission Cooperation
ROOK-branded products (scooters and ROOK items)
Scooters and all products marketed under the ROOK brand are offered exclusively under a consignment / commission-based cooperation model.
Partner role within this model
- providing physical product presence at its premises (showroom / retail space);
- facilitating initial customer contact and communication;
- no obligation to purchase products or invest in stock;
- no involvement in pricing or sales documentation;
- no collection of payments from customers;
- no warranty or statutory obligations towards the end customer;
- receipt of a fixed commission from SKRYNNIK IMPORT & EXPORT DOO (SI&E) for each completed sale.
Role of SKRYNNIK IMPORT & EXPORT DOO (SI&E)
- products remain the property of SI&E until sold to the end customer;
- sales are concluded directly between SI&E and the end customer;
- SI&E acts as the seller of record, issues invoices and receives payment;
- statutory withdrawal rights and warranty obligations are handled by SI&E;
- delivery of products to the Partner and return (where applicable) are handled by SI&E.
This cooperation model ensures consistent market positioning of the ROOK brand and provides the Partner with a clear participation framework without tying up working capital.
2. Wholesale Cooperation
Helmets, consumables and accessories
Selected product categories (not related to ROOK-branded products), such as helmets, consumables and accessories, may be offered to business customers under wholesale cooperation terms.
Within this model:
- product range and commercial terms are agreed individually, depending on product category and volumes;
- supply is performed on a sales basis (standard terms: 100% advance payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing);
- ownership of the goods transfers to the Partner in accordance with the agreed sales terms;
- further resale to end customers is handled by the Partner independently.

Cooperation formats and terms are defined case by case, taking into account:
- the Partner’s business profile;
- location and available facilities;
- scope and nature of the intended cooperation.
